![]() UPDATE- I waited overnight and woke up with some confirmation emails from PayPal, it seems it just takes a while to get through some email providers sometimes All. I’ve been waiting for like an hour now and PayPal have not sent the email confirmation so that I can accept payments what can I do. I hope that the emails are able to resume. Help, PayPal won’t send an email confirmation. I did not have luck contacting my email provider to proactively fix the problem, but hopefully you might, if that is the case. It's unbelievably frustrating when that happens, and often it simply resolves itself, either due to the service provider making a change, or whatever collection of circumstances that led to the filtering being changed. In the 'Email' section, click Confirm beside your email address. Here's how to resend the email from a web browser: Go to your Settings. When you receive the email: Click the link in the email. Some combination of keywords in the emails caused a false positive in the filters that the email provider uses at the server level before the email ever reaches the account, and the emails just get blocked. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder, and check that you entered the correct email address. Lastly, it's also possible that your email provider is blocking some of the received emails at the server level. You should be able to mark them as not spam, and possibly change any spam filtering in your account to allow them in the future. I recommend a keyword search in your spam/junk folder on the word PayPal to see if there is anything there that corresponds with the payments made. It's also possible that the emails are being routed to a junk email or spam email folder. ![]() ![]() If it turns out that is the case, you can contact Customer Service to report the issue and let them collect any needed information to send the report to technicians, as long as it's not an intended functionality. To troubleshoot that, try closing the app completely and send a payment through a browser, and see if the emails resume. There are a few possibilities I can think of.Īre you getting push notifications of your payments from the app?
